April Update
STALLING
In case you haven't been checking back regularily we've had an overwhelming response to the show and the stalls have SOLD OUT. We're still taking a waiting list for stalls so make sure that you get your entries in soon if you know you'll want a stall. Tying to trailers is allowed; however, we will not be allowing temporary pens or fencing to be put up.
NEW RULE FOR ALL MINORS
The North Interlake Show Circuit which the SIRAS show is part of has implemented a new rule for 2012 -
"All Pee-Wee, Junior, and Intermediate riders MUST wear correctly fitting riding helmets in ALL events."This new rule will be enforced at all NISC Shows going forward.
NAERIC SANCTIONED
We are pleased to announce that we have sanctioned the Light Horse Show with NAERIC. If you own/ride a horse registered with NAERIC and place 1st through 3rd in any one of the several events* you are eligible for NAERIC Advantage Bonus Money.

*Classes judged on the rider (showmanship, equitation, horsemanship etc) are not eligible for NAERIC Advantage Rewards. Games classes (costume class, command class, dollar ride etc) are not eligible for NAERIC Advantage Rewards.
BARREL RACING IS NOW DOUBLE SANCTIONED
The MBRA Sanctioned 4-D Barrel racing event has also sanctioned with Northern Barrel Association. For more information on either association please visit their websites:
